Justin E. Ginsberg - Senior Managing Director; Affordable Housing Group Justin E. Ginsberg is a Senior Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group (“Centerline”), a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (OTC:CLNH), and Group Manager of the Affordable Housing Group. Mr. Ginsberg is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Affordable Housing Group and for managing the national affordable debt and equity originations team. Mr. Ginsberg has been responsible for the acquisition of affordable properties on behalf of the Company’s institutional tax credit funds valued in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to his current position, Mr. Ginsberg held the titles of Executive Vice President and Director of the Western Region for affordable acquisitions, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President and Financial Analyst. Mr. Ginsberg joined Centerline’s predecessor company after he received a Bachelor of Science and Management, with a concentration in finance, from Tulane University in 1995. |
